Honestly, I keep my bike rack on all winter. Helps with the oh crap late breaker who gives you a love tap on the back bumper. Rather replace a rack than a bumper.

Don't quote me on this im still new to the runner myself, but I think I read somewhere that you can just buy the trail trim and replace the stock 10-13(sr5/le) trim and that will clear you to put on the n-fab with out having to trim or use a spacing bracket.
