Is this good to use in my 2003 V8 SR5 4Runner? I have 110k miles on her and I drive pretty hard.

I have always been a Honda owner, but recently bought a 2003 4Runner. I love it so much. I bought it off some guy who got it from an auction. It is in ok shape. I'm trying to get her back in shape. I may need some help with getting good information.
