Thanks - Yup the connector is fully seated. I just reseated it and it clicked into place. Still in 4WD Hi no matter I do with the switch.

It could be because dual exhaust on most vehicles these days is for looks (as you pointed out on the Honda) and does not enhance performance. Any small performance gains would probably be offeset by the extra weight. Mark
