I found a PDF of a Toyota bulletin somewhere on the forum that basically instructs the techs to use OEM glass. It specifically states that OEM is the only glass that they recommend (maybe just for the windshield though). It may help encourage your insurance company to cover OEM glass...

Post above is dead on. And the others about calling an attorney. A 15 minute call or two from your attorney is all it will take. Possibly a brief letter as well, but doubtful. This is totally on them. Don't let all the folks that stayed in a holiday inn last night give you terrible "legal"...

How's the wheeling in that area? I was down there last year for an elk hunt and did a little light wheeling but nothing serious.

I've got this carrier too. It's nice but it's pretty heavy and a little hard to hook up by yourself. I think it says that the shipping weight is north of 70#....it feels like it too.

I think your choices would sound great. I have a little 8" sub under the seat with built in amp and it sounds pretty decent. Good luck with your install and let us know how it goes.

I'd shy away from misstating where the accident occurred. The last thing you want to do is to perpetrate a fraud and make the situation a lot worse.

A big part of the problem is that the dealers are lazy and confused and won't do the updates. They told me there wasn't an update. Go figure. Hopefully, though, they are getting a little more organized and more willing to help out.

I took the 20 amp fuse out and waited approximately 3 hours or more but it didn't reset my bass and treble settings so I guess I didn't wait long enough. Will try again though.
