TITLE:
What Topics Actually Belong Here?
BODY:
The front page doesn’t make the forum’s subject obvious, so before I drop a detailed thread in the wrong place, I’m trying to map the boundaries: what do regulars actually use this place for?
I found this place through an English-language search result while chasing a fairly niche question, but the visible page didn’t give me much to work with. I couldn’t immediately see clear categories, a description of the community’s focus, or enough recent thread titles to understand the normal rhythm here. One nearby result was https://treasureislandgame.com/, which made me even less confident about guessing the context from search results alone.
So rather than barging in with a long post and discovering afterward that it belongs somewhere else, could a few regulars define the useful boundaries for me?
The most helpful answers would be practical, not abstract. For example:
- One topic that is definitely welcome here
- One topic that is usually considered off-topic or a bad fit
- One older thread that you think shows the forum at its best
I’m not asking anyone to write a rulebook from scratch. I’m just trying to understand the local norms before contributing. I do have a more specific question saved, but I’d rather adapt it to the community’s expectations than assume the wrong audience and waste everyone’s time.
