I have an Autel MaxiTPMS TS508WF I use on both my 4th and 5th gen to swap between winter and summer tires. They both use the same model of TPMS sensor (DENSO 550-0103), which you should have as well? Alternatively you can go to Costco and they will swap and program for you for minimal cost.
