I found the Problem !!!!!
After 2 years of searching I found my problem...There is a black 4 wire connector behind the drivers side headlight between the firewall and air cleaner box that was loose. As I drove it got hot/vibrated and loosened the connection, as the truck cooled it...

My problem continued getting worse until waiting for it to cool down no longer fixed the problem.. I ended up running a wire from the positive side of the battery through a toggle switch I installed in the dash then ran it to the positive side of the coil. Now I just turn on the switch and go.
