If you have a 3d printer, I modelled both bushings and you can find them here: Toyota clutch pedal bushings (tacoma, 4runner) by MikeJacobi - Thingiverse I printed them using petg, and they feel really solid. The squeak is gone for now, just have to see how they hold up over time.
