Found the problem Hey team, it was the valve body. I had to clean it and lube it up. Took it apart and cleaned it. If anyone does this make sure you take video or pictures of what spring goes where because it can get confusing. She’s running like a champ now. Doing it myself it very satisfying...

I haven’t checked the TPS or The ICV but I will start there. It runs grate idles fine in park and in natural, but shift to drive or any gear and its like dumping the clutch on a manual, its going but doesn’t have enough movement to where it stalls out and dies.
