Dogtail! Great info. I’m a new 4Runner owner. Bought 2011 SR5 in December with 140,000 and some surface rust on the frame. I followed your advice and hit the rust with a wire brush then dosed the entire frame and under carriage with WD-40. It’s been about two weeks and it still looks the same...
