Blowing black smoke - are you getting a code? Some useless/usefull info...if the engine coolant temp sender goes, it sends bad info to everything, creating black smoke and shut off symptoms.......long story short, it shuts down every fkn thing if it's bad. We're talking a $25 item that can stop...

Spray starting fluid/carb cleaner if you suspect a vacuum leak, around any suspected lines, if it revs up, u found your problem. I'd make sure your injectors aren't clogged w/ junk sitting under them, causing a miss when you call for throttle? i dunno man, but good luck to you

Regarding the Cold start injector, make sure the contacts in the pigtail of the wiring harness are sticking out enough to contact the injector, mine were not once and i was troubleshooting a long crank issue, it was just the contacts pushed up in the pigtail too far fyi.

Great news on the dash, even the wrecked parts runner i bought had a cracked dash. The seat pics LOOK like the back seat bkrest is brown/dark tan and the bottom is either a dark green or an odd charcoal, vinyl in the back, tan cloth in the front....and i'm more asking than stating.....sometimes...
