finally got my ARB 3" OME lift installed today by OK4WD. i went with heavy springs up front and rear. i plan on getting metal bumper and winch installed. it corners much better and is a little more rigid but nothing crazy. very comfortable.

finally got my 3" ARB OME HEAVY LIFT installed today at OK4WD today!! i went with the heavy lift springs. i plan on adding a metal bumper and winch. it's definitely stiffer but not bad at all. you can feel the stability and there is significantly less body roll when cornering.

i know. i had to reread the post to make sure it didnt say -45f.

after doing more research i am going mount it so i can get to it. the hidden winch looks nice but if i cant use it properly it kind of makes installing it useless. iam only 5' 7" tall so trying to reach down into the front of the 4 runner makes absolutely no sense.

very good points and all that i have considered, appreciate your two cents . part of the reason why i havent gone off road, other than the shore to camp and fish, was that i dont have any self extraction, other than a "come along". funny thing is i really dont think i need a lift, i dont rock...
