Keeping myself honest, turns out Genuine OEM Toyota Parts and Accessories Online - Toyota Parts Deal was able to deliver the part I needed, even though it had been discontinued.

FWIW, in hindsight I realize I should have mentioned that I already placed an order with them and I am waiting to find out if they will actually be able to fulfill on a long-discontinued part.

I need to get a discontinued part for my 3rd Gen 1999 Toyota 4Runner LTD and I am wondering if there are any non-discontinued parts that I can use instead. Only the plastic tabs broke, nothing more.
Part # is 84830-35041 which replaced 84830-35040 so either would work for me.

But I don't know. I hear that my reflectors are wrong for HID. I don't know if the same is true for LED?
I also can't seem to find drop-in projectors for the 3rd-gen...
