For the most parts, yes. There might be a few wires that have a different corresponding colors. Are you sure? I just did a search on Crutchfield and this is what I saw:

No aftermarket or Toyota harness available. When I installed a Pioneer head unit in my Urban Runner, I had to cut off the plugs and connected all the wires to the Pioneer harness.

It's because it's not a "Sport Edition", but a SR5. No hood scope, no Sport rack and steps, and SR5 fabric.
