I got the same thing, just purchased a new 2008 LTD V6 1 week ago 120k miles, oil looks good (bought from Toyota dealership so they likely changed oil, filter is yota brand). Had AutoZone reset code and have driven it for 50 miles, CEL has not returned, taking it back to dealership...
