4runners high idle Thanks for replying Mike, my 4runner is 1985 with a 1986 engine in it. It is 4 cylinda with fuel injection, 5 speed. It idles high all the time when I am not moving (in neutral that is) whether the truick is warm or cold

I just bought a 1985 4runner (manuel) and it has a very high idle, can someone please tell me how to lower the idle.
