I've never torqued a caliper back on and have had no trouble. get it tight tight. also a local parts store can usually turn a rotor for $10-15 if there is enough material there to remove. I'd also recommend that you replace left and right pads at the same time. Good luck!

It looks like there are some pretty turbo savy minds here so this may sound dumb but here goes. If the MAF works by measuring the cooling rate of a heated element and there is no intercooler in the system to counteract the heat produced by compression in the turbo, would that not make the MAF...

It could be a fuse issue but I'd look for something more obvious like a loose wire. That being said, fuses blow for a reason and If that is the case then you need to find the source of the problem (ie:electrical short) or replacing the fuse is just a bandaid for a broken leg. owners manual will...
