I just moved to the DFW area, and I have to get my 1994 SR5 inspected and registered here, but this whole process has been a very unfriendly and inconvenient nightmare so far.
Anybody know of a good shop in the Garland/Richardson/Plano area where I can get this done as painlessly as possible?

Nah, that poor thing is literally toast.
I just changed the oil and air filter in mine a few days ago, and the mileage jumped from 12 to 16 MPG. I kept my foot out of it and it was mostly highway commuting, but it's nice to see small things make such a difference.
and I can't go get it!!
