If you're using amazon, just search up either "single DIN _insert brand name here_" such as Pioneer, Alpine, Clarion, etc. Most aftermarket units nowadays have iPod and AUX capabilities. You can also search up "double DIN" if you want to get a little fancy and get a touchscreen for easier iPod...
