Having the same issue. 5th gen Trail edition so no dual temp control. I have hot heat on drivers side and left vent at dash. Also hot on defrost but cools as you go towards passenger side. I’ve removed passenger side dash to put eyes on servo/door. Took a piece of the ducting out...
