I have a pretty much stock 2003 V8 Limited with 90,000 miles on it. I added Spidertrax wheel spacers and some chrome trim and that's it. Last time I checked the truck computer, I am at about 18.1MPG average. I generally drive 60% highway at 60MPH and 40% city at about 35-40MPH.
