    Ripped CV Boot Easiest Fix?

    You might consider replacing both axles or boots. When one of my boots ripped and I have an '04, I went ahead and did both.

    I always ask for the factory maintenance, not the dealer. The dealer is always padded with extras to inflate the price. Call around a few dealers and ask them to quote you the Toyota scheduled maintenance.

    I've owned my '04 SR5 since new and just had the 125,000 mile service done. In that time I've changed the power steering fluid, engine coolant, transmission fluid, transfer case/differential fluids, brake fluid and done all the required Toyota factory maintenance. Any suggestions as to what else...

    Re: Re: Colorado The mud bog looked passable, but it was further on ahead that my buddy on a motorcyle said it looked to rocky. I did the Ophir Pass and there is a certain pucker factor if you've neve done that type of offroading; which I never had. But, it was awesome!
