I too have the same problem on 2010 with 105,000 miles. My question that I haven't seen asked/answered: Is there any risk with doing nothing? If I just have to live with the noise but it won't damage anything further, I'm ok with it. Thanks

I just did front and rear pads last weekend on my 2010 at 66,000 miles. I probably had enough pad left for another 10K, but for $100 for OEM pads and an hours work, better safe than sorry. The job was one of the easiest brake jobs I've ever done.

I traded in my 2006 MDX on the SR5 and have had no regrets. You will lose some options as the MDX is a luxury SUV. For me, I needed the towing capabilities and the cabin space is larger. I was surprised to find I get better mileage in the SR5 than in the MDX.
