Just thought I'd follow up. They did end up replacing the skid control ECU. The rebuilder could not get parts to fix the old ECU, so we had to order a new one through Toyota. So, after $2100 (all in), everything seems to be back to normal.

Someone? Anyone? Anything? Even a little newb bashing or :rtfm: or :search: would be better than nothing.

I talked to the shop this morning, and they confirmed that they already checked the gas cap, fluid levels, etc. Said they went through a long series of items after doing quite a bit of research on their end. Sounds like the Skid ECU is dead. Any suggestions other options for getting a skid...
