P0031 is a bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor. A bosch o2 sensor with the correct pigtail should correct that issue for you. I'm not sure off the top of my head what the other codes are, but that o2 sensor might have caused them. I just put an o2 in for a P0031 and it solved my problem. Good luck!
