I dont know since I have never owned one, but my mechanic tells me to stay away from the V6 since it has problems such as the head gasket issue to name one. I personally know the 22re is underpowered by I have already passed V6s up since I have heard such bad things.

I think that means that if issues arise later that they can claim was a result of your use (or maybe abuse in their eyes), they'll use the photos to document them denying warranty coverage. In my experience, they tend to do the same thing with modified vehicles as well.

As much as I would like a V8 option when I show up to buy the TE in 2012, its hard to believe the V8 and 4 cylinders would be back so quickly after Toyota removed them.
