I have the factory installed fog lights on my 97 4runner. When I bought the runner they didn't work. I finally got around to looking at them. I found a blown fuse, so I replaced the fuse (15A) with a new one and switched them on and it blew that fuse too. So I stuck a 20A fuse in and it blew...
