Used this info to diagnose the same code on my 99 T4R. Had shuddering after hot restarts and after swapping spark plugs, coil packs, and cables without the misfire moving, determined it to be the injectors. Replaced all 6 with MotorWest performance injectors and misfire is gone and MPGs went up...
