Hey I know it's been a while, but I'm considering upgrading my sway bars on my 2018 for the same reasons.. did you ever go through with an upgrade and did it yield any benefits?
Yeah they call that the 'deflector' I think, and I have that installed too. I'm sure it would be even worse without that. I'm talking about the fairing you can buy and install separately. Should have made my link more obvious:

Has anyone installed a Front Runner fairing (or any other fairing) on the front of their slimline rack?
I have the stock wind deflector installed but it's quite a bit noisier than I expected it to be (even when not carrying anything on the rack), making me want to close the sunroof...
So were you able to just remove slats over the sunroof temporarily until you need to utilize them?
I'm contemplating the full front runner rack and want to keep my sunroof unobstructed most the time....
Are you still happy with the full LFD rack? And with how your RTT sits on it? Looks fantastic and seems extremely versatile. I also want to put a skybox, maxtrax, and hopefully a hi-lift jack up there... until I get into RTTs down the road.
