Hey fellows, I just recently bought the infinity REF3022CF 3.5 inchers to replace those 2 speakers above the rear window. I read somewhere on here that it's possible to put these 3.5 inchers where those back 2 speakers were, but I don't want to go hacking at anything unless I know it'll work...

I think I have your problem. This EXACT same problem just happened with my '94 4runner. My dad and I (I'm 16 by the way) could not figure out what was the problem at first, but once checking almost everything else, my dad figured out it is actually the starter. After removing it and cleaning it...

yeah i looked at the stealthbox and i really liked it, but they don't have one for 2nd gen 4runners (i have a '94) hm, do you think that a 3rd gen steathbox would fit in my 2nd gen cargo area?
