Since this thread is so recent I figure I'll just jump on it..... Can you replace just the pulley on the tensioner instead of the whole unit? I've seen one of he pulleys listed as for the tensioner but not everywhere. I'm just not clear if I need to order that as well.

If they wore on the inside make sure you get an alignment when you get new tires or you'll wear them out too.

Key here is "underneath". Unpainted parts. Do you routinely clean surface rust off the painted body of your vehicles? Powder coated parts should stay rust free indefinitely except where nicked and scratched.
