True. I've seen some nice durable paint jobs on wheels though, and it's much cheaper and quite easy to touch up. Last I heard powdercoating was about $50 per wheel around here, if it is still that price I'll do the powdercoating, if not a high-quality rattle can will do. :D

I see. Price wise, I've found that just buying a new set of TRD wheels on ebay and having them painted is probably the cheaper option.

I'm going to be putting the TRD FJ wheels on my 03 also. I think they'll look great! Thought about having them painted black, except for the TRD logo in the center....
