Has anyone installed this lift on a 4runner? Does it work?

So I went with Krylon Fusion. Looks good, we'll see how it holds up.

I figured plastidip would be cheapest and easiest, but I also fear that it would be damaged during load. So paint sounds like the best option. Any suggestions on paint to use? I will be doing this in my garage, but don't have sprayer/etc so it'll have to be spray bombs. Caps are plastic and...
