There is some rash on the bottom, but it's pretty shallow and purely cosmetic. It cannot be seen when the bumper is installed unless you get under the car. The matte paint hides it pretty well too. I can take additional pics of everything in a few days.

I'm thinking of doing the same switch from 327 to 701v. How's the ride with the 701v? I like the lift and extra articulation they give, but was concerned they would feel too mushy and bouncy given the softer spring rate vs the 327.

There are a few fabricators who do this in SoCal that I know of. They basically weld the swingout to the rear crossmember then cut holes in the stock rear bumper to accommodate it. As far as I know, the first one to do it was Ryuji at @ipm_fab on Instagram, but I dont know if he still does them...
