I put that guide together :) It's actually a really simple procedure to remove that panel. Allow yourself an hour to disassemble and an hour to reassemble. It will be about an hour too much time allowance, but that way you'll be safe :) -Frank-

My brakes have also been squeaking. I went to the dealer to get a brake inspection, and they told me I should have about 12K-15K miles left on the pads. They aren't sure what's causing the squeaking. I sprayed some brake part cleaner in there today, and I'll see what the results are tomorrow...
