I haven't tried it on mine yet so no pictures but I figured that if you want to seal it up semi-permanently, rather than using duct tape or a thick sealant you could spray plasit-dip on it to create a waterproof and flexible film layer that will prevent water getting as far as the normal seal...

.. or for a really neat solution, mask around the sunroof seal and use plasti-dip?

Thanks, but it doesn't look like its the RS3000 - the black box and wiring is different and there is no light on the dash. Whats really strange is that the black box under the seat sits in a metal bracket and is secured with a velcro strap, like its supposed to be easily removable. I'ts...

I have the same black box under my drivers seat (96 Jap Import Surf 3.0D) but only got ordinary keys with it when I bought it and no fobs. Does anyone know how to get replacement fobs/clickers or even a picture of one?? Thanks.
