We bought ours for a hair under $37k plus TTL. ORP, no KDSS, roof, but did have gray Pro wheels and a skid plate.. Sticker was just under $42k. Different markets will fetch different prices. We didn't really have to negotiate much for our price.. We did have to fight for our trade in though...

Nice truck.. My buddy has a 1st gen for a woods truck and the thing is so much fun on the trails. It seems like everything is a rust bucket here in the Northeast though.. Jealous of your find!
