Swapped mine out on the first oil change. Cracked one of the ears as whoever did it prior over tightened it. No issues since. No issues with our Lexus that has metal either.

I run them 15 to 18 psi at the beach and 18 to 20 psi on the trail. Zero issues in either scenario. That includes running fully loaded on the White Rim Road and some trails on the east coast. Been a great tire so far.

If it's anything like the Sherpa (also a no drill front foot) then perhaps you need more pressure on the front feet to keep it jiggling (that's a technical term). I had this issue with my Sherpa and once there was more pressure on the front 2 pads it was gone. No issues with a roof top box on...
