I know this is going to sound dumb but did you remove the lead to your battery for 20 seconds then re-sync your locks and windows? I had disconnected the ECU in the back hatch and the door acted dead. Window didn't work, door latch wouldn't work...ect. Did this procedure (you can find on YT) and...
