I just bought a 2003 with 81,000 miles. It would not shift into 4Lo. I crawled underneath to see if I could find the actuator. I couldn't see anything because there was so much mud packed in the undercarriage. I hosed it off and tried shifting again. It worked and seems to work fine now.
