For how you use it, I wouldn't change anything unless it's broken. Maybe get some durable BFG 31x10.5 tires. Its a fully capable rig for what you plan on doing. Winch might be handy to add.

Holy, Can-o-Worms, Batman!!! With bigger springs, the mounts get moved, and old mounts generally get cut off. This goes for shocks as well. There is the first issue. You will most likely have to re-center the axles as well. You are looking at twice the hours and work, at least, here. I just did...
