Very easy with silicone lube and all the tips from this thread (Thanks everyone). Got all my parts from Camelback Toyota, no problem whatsoever.
I just have one question, have you plug this hole ? I read on the TRD instruction that we have to but I don't have the plug...

To answer your question;
#1; Yes, you have to remove both support
#2; You have to reuse your OEM bolt for the rear. For the front, my TRD skid came with the front bolt already installed with aluminum...
I modified mine today to fit my 2016 Trail. Very easy, I used a Jigsaw with a Bosch T227D blade (8 TPI, special for Aluminium).
With driver wheel lifted;
Driver wheel on ground;
Passenger side on ground
