    Rear hatch randomly opens

Sounds like I just need to get in there and tear it apart. Was hoping for a better solution.

    Rear hatch randomly opens

I've searched the forum and have not found an answer to this specific problem. Most answeres I have found is people's hatch won't open, motor problems, locking issues etc. My hatch motor works. It shuts, it locks. However, I'll be going down the road and every once in a while I'll notice my...

Lift help (This can't be right!)

I lifted it, then installed the tires. Helps to know how much your going to need to trim. Seriously, it was a snap to do, you can't even tell.

Lift help (This can't be right!)

This is pretty much the setup I have. I had minimal rubbing. With a Dremel and about 10 minutes, that problem was solved. You can't even tell I trimmed it.

    Need your opinion!

Hey Doozi...I neglected to tell you that I had to do a bit of trimming and I moved the wheel well liner out a bit too. No big deal, took a dremel to it and it took me about 15 minutes to do everything. Can't even tell by looking at it. I got my coils from a guy over in fjcruiserforums.com and...

    Funny post!

Eight Facts About Warming up Your Car

Good read but it is ingrained in me to let my car warm up. It says it takes 30 seconds to circulate oil in the engine, but will the oil be warm? I live in the snow and can be at hwy speeds in less than 2 minutes. Regardless of what the article says, I don't think I can do that to my T4R!

stock 16" rims with spidertrax Vs. FJ rims

:iagree: I'm very happy with my FJ suspension. It was cheap and relatively easy to install.

stock 16" rims with spidertrax Vs. FJ rims

Still using my stock rims w/spidertrax. IMHO new wheels don't add any performance benefit so money is better spent elsewhere. Asthetically new wheels are sweet! I like my GY Duratracs, got them in October, been through several pretty good dumps and haven't been in the ditch yet (which is nice).

    2007 4Runner

That's all you have to do...turn the knob to 4H. The 4WD icon will flash on the dash until it engages.

Lift and Tire Central (pics)... Post 'em Up!

PharmSCRunner, your 4R is awesome looking! Good job all the way around. I really like the relocation of the exhaust, I have a bike rack on the back and sometimes it really heats up the bike tires. I've seen the bike tires melt before on some different style hitch racks.

    Conspearasea 2007 Build thread

That speaker does look weak. It really is amazing they sound as good as they do. Looks like you may have just cost me a couple of bucks. Your truck is looking sweet!

install: FJ suspension, cornfed 3/2, spidertrax, BFG 285/70/17

I'd check JA's website on trimming. I actually just moved my wheel well liner further out, drilled some new holes in it and it's great. Trimmed the lower fender just a bit with a dremmel, can't even tell really.
