Probably could have done better, but they gave me $2k more than I think my trade-in was worth so I figured it was a wash. CarMax in MD has the same TE for $37.8k but I didn't want to deal with a trip up there. The supply of any 4runners in the Southeast seems pretty limited though.

Paid $38.5k + tax this weekend for KDSS/Nav/carpets, but they gave me a great deal on the trade-in. It actually worked to take the old car to CarMax first for an appraisal and use that up the dealer's trade-in offer - the CarMax person must have been in a real good mood since it was Friday...
