Help a Brother on the Trail!

It took me 4 months to find the right runner and it was worth the wait. The 3.slow is the worst motor toyota has ever made. Just relax and wait until the right 3rd gen comes on the market rather then buying something right now. Remember good deals always come out when it gets closer to xmas...

    Finally bought a 4Runner!

Talk to Dan at American Toyota in Albuquerque New Mexico. Say you got his name from the ih8temud website and tell him what you are looking for. He gives the best prices around and all the parts are OEM toyota. I ended up getting a water pump, timing belt and t-stat from him for $153 shipped...

    any 4runner around british columbia?

its a cake walk really. As long as you have 4wd you will have no problem. But remember the more rain we get it's less compacted so it will be softer then the road.

those look like the 58" trail gear sliders. it says tacoma/4runner sliders but for the 3rd gen they are way to short as you can see. just picked up the 67" from trail gear and they fit perfect.

    Tire Recommendations Please

If you haven't looked at it yet the Goodyear Duratrac's are really great everyday tire's but work very well off road as well. They even have the snowflake symbol on the side so they are considered a winter tire and won't need chains. And they work very good in the wet weather which we get a fair...
