Is the chrome grill a cover up thing or the full grill? And can you post a picture of it?

Ya, I ended up installing it right above the rearview mirror. It fits pretty well and when I get home I can just unplug the cable and store the detector. As for where to connect the hardwiring, I couldn't figure out how to tap into the maplights so I ended up guiding the wire at the very edge...

And one other thing. Did you install it yourself and if you did how difficult was the install and if you had it done professionally, how much was it?

What year is your 4runner? I'm possibly interested in the Borla exhaust however I'm not sure if it'll work for mine. I have a 2003.
