fuel pump relay under the steering column starts rapidly clicking on my 95 4runner. It starts and runs fine. The clicking stops if I place it in 4 wheel drive, but resumes when I put it back in 2 wheel drive. Could it be as simple as a bad relay?
Does not seem to affect engine performance.
