I have a 2020 4Runner with 43k miles and it makes a weird noise while accelerating while it's cold too. Like it's fluttering or wings are flapping. Once the engine is warm, the noise goes away when accelerating.

I have a 2020 4Runner and the front bumper selection is very limited because of TSS. Came across the C4 Fabrication 2020 TSS relocation bracket and I'm pretty stoked the 2020+ 4Runners will be able to get aftermarket bumpers!! The bracket isn't out yet, but once it's available I'm ordering one...
