Moneys tight so we are actually in the process of selling the truck and my dad got scared when he heard it. He bought it brand new in '93 so its kind of funny how when you try to sell a rig you've had for so long things start acting...
Earlier today my dads 1993 4Runner was making a fluttering sound coming out of a tube or something we cant name.
I took a picture of the part here:
Its on the passenger side of the truck.
