I haven’t seen anything that would make me want carplay. Heck, outside of a backup and forward camera, I don’t even want a screen in my 4Runner.

I went with the SSO hybrib bumper with a winch and lightbar cut out. It’s very easy to do diy. The weight may have dropped the front by 1/2”, maybe.

I put KO2s C-rated on my 2018 Offroad in stock size. I’ve got over 71,000 miles on them and I get 19 MPG in town/highway driving. I’m about to put another hunting trip on them(over 3000 miles round trip). I’ll be going back with another set of KO2s, if these ever wear out.

68,000 on my current set of BFG ATs on my 4Runner and no wet weather concerns. No big surprise to me, though. I’ve been using BFG ATs since the 90s on various types of vehicles with no wet weather issues.

You can also chalk test your tires for proper psi.

I wouldn’t care to have that setup. Of the two options, I’d rather have it on the hood than on the side mirrors. Between my replacement foglamps and my 20” lightbar in my SSO hybrid bumper, I think I’m done with buying forward facing lights.
